He has been our realtor and friend ever since. He helped us to buy our first house in the lakes area, and recently helped us to resell the house and to buy a new one. They came and did a thorough walk-through and provided us with realistic tips to stage and prep the house, as well as an honest value and listing price. They were upfront about their commissions (which were very reasonable) and answered every question we had about the process.
