We decided to hold out for a better offer, based partly on Aaron's advice, and it was good advice. 30 days later we received an almost full price offer. And, as they say, the rest is history. In 2013 we made the decision to sell our home and at the same time by another and because of the personal relationship we had with Aaron, we chose him to be our realtor. It was an excellent decision - our house sold in a week and he helped us get into our new house without having to move to an interim house. In 2018 we made the decision to sell our house again and without hesitation we chose Aaron again. His ability to communicate with us promptly and professionally was outstanding. He always had time for us no matter how many times we called him with questions. His advice and insight was terrific and even though we are moving out of the area, we would use Aaron again - without hesitation - for all of our real estate needs in the area.
