Aaron was very responsive and the whole transaction went very smoothly which is why he is handling the sale of our condominium. Our home is 2 hours from lake cottage that we purchased and we were able to conduct most all of our business without having to leave home

28 Dec, 2013 12:15 AM CSTWe saw the listing with Aaron's contact information around 9 am. We contacted him right away. We met him at noon to look at the property. We made an offer around 7 pm. We had a counter offer about 20 minutes later. We came to terms and signed online before 9 pm. It was about as smooth as could be. The property had to be divided up so it took a little while to close. But Aaron kept us informed at all times. He met us at the property on closing day. We signed the paper work. He even went out of his way to take the paper work to the courthouse. He has followed up with us a couple of times. Just to see how we are enjoying our purchase

We had found a place that we were interested in and called Aaron to see if he could show it to us. Aaron was very prompt and not only showed us that property but took us around to look at several others. Aaron would always e-mail us with new listings or let us know if anything came up that he thought would be of interest to us. He was always there to answer any questions. We loved the many offerings of lakes, amusement park, boating, great places to eat, and the friendly Iowa people. We were nearing retirement and thought just maybe we could find a place on the lake to call our own. I think it was providence that got us hooked up with Aaron Jones of REMAX and to our benefit, it proved to be the best decision we could have made.
