Aaron knew what we were looking for and would call when he had a property we might be interested in and was always available when we were able to view the property. He is professional in appearance and mannerisms and treated us fairly

28 Dec, 2013 12:15 AM CSTWe saw the listing with Aaron's contact information around 9 am. We contacted him right away. We met him at noon to look at the property. We made an offer around 7 pm. We had a counter offer about 20 minutes later. We came to terms and signed online before 9 pm. It was about as smooth as could be. The property had to be divided up so it took a little while to close. But Aaron kept us informed at all times. He met us at the property on closing day. We signed the paper work. He even went out of his way to take the paper work to the courthouse. He has followed up with us a couple of times. Just to see how we are enjoying our purchase

Aaron was very prompt and not only showed us that property but took us around to look at several others. We loved the many offerings of lakes, amusement park, boating, great places to eat, and the friendly Iowa people. We were nearing retirement and thought just maybe we could find a place on the lake to call our own. I think it was providence that got us hooked up with Aaron Jones of REMAX and to our benefit, it proved to be the best decision we could have made.
