The economic collapse had caused great challenges in selling my lake home. My home on East Lake had been on the market for nearly 4 years when Aaron Jones took over the listing. He was able to close a sale on the home within a few months. I believe Aaron's knowledge of the market, excellent communications skills,and passion for the lakes community and clientele set him apart. Tom contacted Aaron, he showed us this property - long story short, I had a meltdown (which Aaron endured quite graciously), took the next few days to look at the potential of the property as opposed to the present reality, and we decided to purchase it. Aaron was patient, he was kind, and we believe he worked hard for us to secure the property for a fair price and in a timely manner! Aaron answered all our questions, and even some we didn't know to ask, and was very professional the whole time. I hope he will return when the renovations are complete to see what can be done with a diamond in the rough!
